1. Information We Collect

CroqStudio does not require you to create an account. The app operates entirely on your device. We do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Your fashion sketches, designs, or saved projects
• Location data
• Device contacts or media library (unless you choose to import an image)

If you contact us directly via email, we may retain your email address and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.

2. Camera and Gallery Access

CroqStudio requests camera permission only when you choose to capture a reference image for your drawing canvas. The camera is not used in the background, and CroqStudio does not record video, monitor camera activity, or transmit camera images to us.

CroqStudio may also request photo or media access when you choose to import a reference image from your device gallery. Imported images are used only inside the app so you can sketch over them or use them as croquis references.

Camera and gallery images are processed locally on your device. We do not collect, upload, sell, share, or access those images from our servers.

3. Local Storage

All projects and sketches you save within CroqStudio are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data. If you uninstall the app, locally stored data may be deleted depending on your device settings.

4. Sharing and Exports

When you use the Share feature to export a sketch as a PNG image, this action is handled entirely by your device's native sharing system. CroqStudio does not receive or store the exported image or any information about where it is shared.

5. Third-Party Services

CroqStudio may include standard Google Play services (such as crash reporting or analytics provided by Google). These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate any additional third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection SDKs.

6. Children's Privacy

CroqStudio is suitable for users of all ages including students. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, no special handling for children is required beyond this statement.

7. Data Security

Because CroqStudio does not collect or transmit personal data to external servers, there is no server-side risk to your personal information. Your device's own security measures protect anything stored locally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app listing on the Google Play Store. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CroqStudio ("the App"), developed and operated by Apptheka ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CroqStudio on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Sell, resell, or sublicense access to the App

3. Your Content

Any sketches, designs, or artwork you create using CroqStudio ("Your Content") remain entirely your own. We make no claim to ownership of Your Content. Your Content is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, save, or share using the App. You agree not to create content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Built-in Assets

CroqStudio includes built-in croquis figure templates and drawing tool assets. These assets are licensed for use within the App only. You may not extract, redistribute, or use these assets outside of CroqStudio without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in CroqStudio, including its design, graphics, interface, code, and built-in assets, are owned by or licensed to Apptheka. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CroqStudio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptheka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data or artwork.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice. These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate if you violate any provision.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App's Google Play listing. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
